Camden Disability Action (CDA) is seeking an exceptional Chief Operating Officer (COO) to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our mission as a leading user-led charity for Disabled people.
As COO, you will provide strategic leadership and operational excellence across the organisation, ensuring CDA delivers high-quality, accessible, and impactful services. You will translate our vision and strategy into effective day-to-day operations, driving performance, consistency, and continuous improvement across all areas of delivery.
As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Trustees to support organisational strategy, governance, and long-term sustainability. You will bring strong strategic insight, alongside the ability to lead people, systems, and services with confidence and clarity.
You will have responsibility for core operational functions, including HR, Finance, Health & Safety, Data Protection, and Communications, as well as oversight of service delivery and contract management across CDA’s portfolio. You will ensure our infrastructure and processes are robust, compliant, efficient, and aligned to our values.
The successful candidate will be a confident and experienced leader, able to balance strategic thinking with strong operational delivery. You will also act as deputy to the CEO when required, providing trusted leadership across the organisation.
Due to the nature of the Chief Operating Officer role and the space-based approach of the Greenwood Centre, it cannot be delivered remotely. The post requires regular in-person operational delivery. However, we are open to offering one day of remote working per week, where practical.

About the role:
The IT Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective, reliable and secure operation of the Foundation’s IT services and infrastructure. The role oversees the day-to-day management of service delivery, infrastructure, and cybersecurity functions, ensuring systems are robust, resilient and able to meet the evolving needs of the organisation. Working closely with colleagues across the Foundation, the postholder ensures that technology services enable productivity, support research and analysis, and safeguard the organisation’s information assets. The role provides leadership to the Service Desk and Infrastructure & Security teams, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality support and the continuous improvement of IT services, processes, and controls.

Our client, a world-leading Performing Arts organisation, are looking for a Head of Data & Systems. The successful candidate will be supporting four sites across London and will be responsible for around 550 colleagues across the organisation.
The Head of Data and Systems is responsible for ensuring that all parts of the organisaton’s infrastructure runs smoothly and securely, using it to improve processes and efficiency. This post reports to the Director of Finance, Data and Systems.
Responsibilities:
· Lead a review of departmental delivery and propose a roadmap for improvement. Sharing KPI frameworks and measures as required.
· Lead strategic planning for IT systems, building strong relationships with stakeholders to anticipate and understand future needs to meet the organisation strategic objectives.
· Ensure that the organisation has the IT infrastructure needed to support the business and maintain a roadmap of improvements and maintenance.
· Ensure the smooth running of service delivery and positive user experience.
· Manage the IT budget and ensure that value for money is achieved.
· Provide clear, effective and visible leadership to the IT team, ensuring that all team members are stimulated, motivated and guided to contribute fully to the success of the organisation.
· Develop talent within teams, reviewing and measuring performance, building confidence and growing skills.
· Implement robust security measures to protect the organisation from cyber threat and ensure the team stay up to date with industry best practice
Essential Skills:
· Relevant IT qualification or equivalent experience in IT governance.
· Ability to be ‘on call’ for emergencies and business continuity recovery
· Experience of managing risk and Cyber security.
· Experienced IT leader, with a customer focused approach.
· Experience of public, private and hybrid cloud environments.
· Results-driven with a proven track record of high achievement through data and systems teams.
· Demonstrable experience in project management, driving organisation-wide initiatives, through collaboration.
· Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
· Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to translate business needs to data and systems solutions.
· Ability to lead and monitor several projects concurrently.
· Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with ability to articulate messages to technical and non-technical audiences.

DIRECTOR OF FINANCE AND RESOURCES

We are delighted to be partnering with Church Mission Society (CMS), who are supporting close to 200 people in mission across dozens of countries. CMS exists to make disciples of Jesus at the edges: the edges of church, the edges of society and the edges of our own comfort zones. They are now seeking an exceptional Director of Finance and Resources to help ensure that extraordinary mission work is sustainable for generations to come.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you will provide strategic leadership across CMS's financial sustainability, organisational infrastructure and central resources. This is a genuinely broad and influential role, covering financial strategy and management, investments, treasury, risk, legal and regulatory compliance, property and facilities, IT and cyber security, and relevant corporate governance. You will also maintain oversight of CMS's residual pension-related responsibilities following the transfer of its defined-benefit pension liabilities.
You will be a trusted adviser to the CEO, board of trustees and the wider SLT, providing the financial clarity, challenge and confidence that enables CMS to make wise, sustainable decisions in service of its mission. You will lead four direct reports (Head of Finance, Head of ICT, Facilities Manager and Head of Legal) and serve as a director of a number of CMS subsidiary entities.
You will be a qualified accountant with significant senior finance leadership experience, ideally gained within a charity, not-for-profit or values-led organisation. You will bring proven ability to contribute at executive and board level, with strong experience across financial planning, audit, internal controls, management reporting and team leadership.
But this role asks for more than technical expertise. CMS is looking for someone with the wisdom to balance prudent stewardship with an appropriate appetite for risk, the courage to hold a firm line when necessary, and the humility to lead in a way that enables others to flourish. You will be collaborative, relational and service-oriented, someone who genuinely believes that finance exists to serve mission, not the other way around.

About the Role
The post holder will provide support to people in relation to their medication, treatment and care, ensuring that they understand and can access their rights, within the context of Independent Advocacy as set out in the Advocacy Charter and Code of Practice.
IMHAs are expected to provide a duty advocacy role as part of a rota which includes occasional Saturday working. (There is no additional payment for this, although time off in lieu is given)
To provide an Independent Mental Health Advocacy Service to Welsh Qualifying Patients in hospitals and registered settings as required by the Mental Health Act 1983 (2007 Amendment) and the Mental Health (Wales) Measure 2010
About You
You will have significant experience working with vulnerable adults and/or children, either within health or social care setting, or indirectly, for example as a carer. You will understand and have experience of working effectively in an intra-agency context with Health and Social Care Professionals.
Previous direct experience in the role would be preferred but training will be provided.
Essential Information
You must be able to drive and have access to a car during the working week.
The starting salary for this role is £24,725 based on a 37 hour week.
There are 2 permanent full-time role at 37 hours per week, based in our Cardiff Office and working throughout the Cwm Taf Morgannwg Health Board Area or Aneurin Bevan Health Board area.
All successful candidates will require an enhanced DBS check

A major national cultural institution is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to oversee engineering operations across its East London museum sites.
This portfolio includes a collection store, a newly developed museum and a high-footfall family site — all requiring robust mechanical, electrical and life safety systems to protect collections and ensure a safe, seamless visitor experience.
The Role
You will take responsibility for the performance, compliance and optimisation of all M&E and life safety systems across the estate.
Key responsibilities:
• Delivering planned and reactive maintenance
• Ensuring full statutory compliance across M&E, public health and life safety systems
• Managing MEP and life safety contractors, monitoring KPIs and service performance
• Maintaining environmental conditions within collection spaces
• Monitoring utilities and driving energy efficiency
• Delivering minor works and refurbishment projects
• Assessing system condition and recommending remedial works
• Supervising contractors in line with CDM and building safety legislation
• Acting as technical lead on capital projects and commissioning
• Managing budgets and procurement processes
• Participating in a 24/7 emergency response rota
• Embedding sustainability and inclusive working practices
About You
You will hold a recognised qualification (or equivalent experience) in mechanical, electrical or building services engineering.
You will bring strong technical expertise, experience managing hard FM contracts, and a thorough understanding of statutory compliance within complex, public-facing buildings. Confidence using BMS and CAFM systems is essential.
Organised, accountable and collaborative, you will be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a live operational environment.
